Meals are not included in the price. With the exception of light hor d’oeuvres on Tuesday evening, refreshment breaks on Wednesday and Thursday between workshops times, buffet banquet on Thursday evening…all other meals are on your own.
Yes. If you would like to attend the conference and make lodging arrangements somewhere other than the Atlantis you may do so. The cost to attend the conference is $250 per person. This price will increase to $299 per person on May 1st.
No. The special hotel rates are exclusive for our conference attendees only.
If you have a special circumstance which may qualify for a triple occupancy room, we will consider the request on an individual basis. For example: If two people want to bring a 3rd person who has a disability and can’t stay alone, we may permit a triple room. If so, the rate for a triple room will increase! Please contact us to request a triple.
The main conference dates are Tuesday, August 9 – Friday, August 12, 2016 (Three (3) nights & four (4) days.) You are required to pay the minimum of two (2) nights hotel and the conference fee by June 26th. If you opt to pay for your third night, you may do so; however, the absolute minimum payment we must receive by June 26th must cover your first two (2) nights and conference fee.
Although all of the towers are connecting, the conference sessions and workshops will be held in the Meeting Rooms located close to the Coral and Beach Towers.
In-room dining service is available in the Coral and Royal Towers, however there is no in-room dining service available in the Beach Tower.
There are no refrigerators, however you may order one for your room directly from the hotel, for a fee. If the refrigerator is required for medical reasons, there will be no charge.

Although there are no refrigerators, each room does have and empty mini-bar unit, which is cool, but not as cold as a refrigerator.
Yes. If your spouse is unable to attend but you would like to attend, you may do so. You many room alone or with a roommate. You should register under the Single/Individual Attendee section.
No. This is an adult (18+) event. Children are not permitted.
