Conference Fee - $125 per person

Hotel Room Rates - Three (3) Towers from which to choose: Beach Tower, Coral Towers, or Royal Towers. These towers are all connecting. All of the Atlantis towers are beautiful! We have special rates for each of the towers.

Here’s A Breakdown of What Your Trip Fees Includes

• 3 General Sessions
• 6 Workshops

• Welcome reception with light hor d’oeuvres on Tuesday evening
• Refreshment breaks on Wednesday and Thursday between workshop times

Not Included In The Above Costs

• Airfare to and from the Bahamas is not included in the above noted costs. Important Travel Information
• Meals (except those listed above) are not included in the above noted costs. The Hotel has numerous restaurants from which to choose, ranging from fine dining to quick eats. With over 30 to choose from, the only challenge will be in choosing just one.
• Additional Nights Stays are not included in the above noted costs. The main conference dates are Tuesday, August 9 – Friday, August 12, 2016. You can arrive as early as Saturday 8/6, Sunday 8/7 or Monday 8/8…and/or extend your stay through Saturday 8/13 or Sunday 8/14 at an additional cost per night (per married couple or single individual) at the discounted conference room rates.
• The $6 per person, one-time bellman fee is not included in the above noted costs. This will be charged to you at hotel check in.

Please note: To reserve your hotel room, you must pay a minimum of two (2) nights. The conference is for three (3) nights.

The Following Online Payment Options Are Available:

• First Nights Hotel Stay – due by May 29th
• You can pay the minimum required payment in full, which is the cost for the Conference + 2 nights hotel stay
• To guarantee the hotel, you must pay a minimum of two (2) nights. The conference is for three (3) nights. However, you can stay as many as eight (8) nights or the three (3) conference nights.  You are only required to pay for two (2) nights initially. Whatever hotel balance you may have, can be paid when you arrive in the Bahamas. Should you choose to arrive on one of the early arrival dates, or extend your stay through Saturday 8/13 or Sunday 8/14, you can pay for your additional nights when you arrive in the Bahamas
• You can make miscellaneous payments as you go.

• Your initial room deposit (1st nights hotel stay) is due by May 29th
• Your second payment (2nd nights hotel stay is due by July 10th
• The balance of your hotel as well as you conference fee of $125 can be paid when you arrive in the Bahamas.
