Founded by Dr. Willie Richardson in 1975, Christian Research & Development (CRD) has more than a 30-year history of evangelizing and developing the African-American Christian family.
Through the use of statistics, and the professional training and practical experience of the CRD staff, many of the real needs of African-American people are addressed. Extensive research of biblical solutions to these problems have produced changed lives, restored families and strengthened the African-American community and increased church growth.

Although statistics and profiles exposing the problems of African-Americans can be found in abundance, materials in which they can relate to in a practical way to promote growth and solve problems biblically are scarce.
